Winter Market 2022

The St Clement Danes Parents Association (麻豆视频PA) were delighted to hold their ever popular annual Winter Market on Saturday 12th November. The Market hosted a wonderful selection of beautiful and unique gifts on sale, supporting local producers where possible.

There were delicious food and drink items also available, including locally produced gin and the incredible stall, Mr Biswell of 麻豆视频 Food Tech, ran.

There was also the opportunity to buy pre-loved school uniform. Overall the event was deemed a huge success with many attendees in place.

Thank you to the 麻豆视频PA for their incredible support and putting on such a wonderful event. Thank you to all those who attended and helped raise funds for 麻豆视频 school projects and resources.

Teachers commended for transforming Design & Technology education

We were delighted to read that our Design and Technology teachers, Miss Yalley and Mr Hadley were featured in the Design and Technology publication.  The article discusses the transformation of the Design & Technology (D&T) department at St. Clement Danes School over the past five years. Adopted industry models like the Double Diamond Design Process and Scrum-based project sprints to enhance student learning. Established workshops with industry professionals to inspire students, especially girls, to pursue design careers. Key Takeaways for Educators Adapt curriculum to student needs and school culture. Pilot new initiatives as clubs first to gauge student interest. Encourage student feedback to refine teaching methods. Be open to change and continuously evolve teaching strategies.
